BEFORE COMPLETING YOUR ONLINE PRE-PAY ORDER
CREATE AN ACCOUNT: If you do not create an account on our website you will NOT be able to update your Pre-Paid Order because our studio will NOT be able to view any of the "FAVORITE" images you've selected in your gallery. You will also be prompted to enter your email address and password every time you access your online gallery.

GALLERY PASSWORDS: Will be emailed to you once your gallery is ready to view (within 5 business days).
PAPER ORDER FORM RECEIPTS: Will be emailed to you by the next business day after we photograph your athlete and team.
DOUBLE CHECK YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS: Make sure that your email address is correct and legible when writing it on your paper order form, or typed correctly when creating your account on our website.

YOU DIDN'T RECEIVE THE GALLERY PASSWORD EMAIL: If you supplied your email address to our studio and DID NOT receive your gallery password or receipt from our studio PLEASE CHECK YOUR EMAIL'S JUNK/SPAM FOLDER OR CONTACT OUR STUDIO AND WE WILL BE HAPPY TO SEND IT TO YOU AGAIN.
