TEAM / GROUP PHOTOS WITH A TWIST
Your athlete's safety is always our number one concern, this is why we composite all team group photos.
WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?
We don't take the traditional team group photo, but instead, we photograph each individual athlete on their own and create the team group photo(s) from the photos we take of every individual athlete. So, please make sure that your athlete knows that they will need their individual picture taken on picture day whether you are ordering pictures or not if they want to be included in their team’s group photo.
WHY DO WE DO THIS?
Since COVID-19, our studio has evolved in our photography methods to do our best to keep our young athletes safe and healthy. Besides this health benefit, we're also able to add many athletes to their team group photo who were not able to make it to picture day.

IS YOUR ATHLETE PLAYING ON MULTIPLE TEAMS FOR THE SAME SPORT?
If your athlete is playing on multiple teams for the same sport, such as if your athlete is playing on both the Freshman Basketball Team and Junior Varsity Basketball Team, please make sure that your athlete is aware that they need to have their photo taken in ALL of the jerseys/uniforms they are playing in that school year or season for each sport.
OUR TRADITIONAL TEAM PHOTO APPROACH
IF WE'RE TAKING TRADITIONAL TEAM PHOTOS AT YOUR SCHOOL OR LEAGUE
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW: If we've been asked to take "Traditional" team group photos at your school or league this season instead of our "Composite" team group photos your athlete MUST BE PRESENT AND ON TIME ON PICTURE DAY. Unlike with the Composited Team Photos, we will NOT be able to add any missing athletes to the team group photo(s).
**Your School or League's Coach and A.D. Directors have been made aware of this and have been asked by us to make you aware of this also.**
PLEASE BE ON TIME: We will also be working with a much tighter schedule if we're taking the "Traditional" team group photos, this is because of the added time that is needed to set up the multiple "Traditional" team group photos. So, your athlete needs to be ON TIME for their team's picture time because we will NOT be able to take their photos if we've already moved on to taking the next team's photos.
PLEASE WEAR APPROPRIATE SHOES: With "Traditional" team group photos it is very likely that your athlete's feet will be in the photograph. Please make sure that your athlete is wearing their appropriate shoes on picture day. If your athlete is not wearing their appropriate shoes on picture day there is no guarantee that their feet will not be visible in the team group picture(s).
