DIDN'T MAKE IT TO PICTURE DAY? NO PROBLEM!
Things happen, we get it! If your athlete is not able to participate on picture day contact our studio BEFORE YOUR TEAM'S PICTURE DAY so we can make alternate arrangements. Remember, your team's photos will be completed within 5 business days after picture day and our studio will want to photograph your absent athlete no later than 2 days before this deadline.
IS THERE A RETAKE OR MAKE-UP DAY?
Usually, there is NO retake or make-up day scheduled for sports athlete and team photos. On occasion, our studio may be photographing again at your team's school or league location soon after your team's picture day.
YES, WE'RE PHOTOGRAPHING AT YOUR SCHOOL/LEAGUE AGAIN: If we are photographing at your team's school or league location again soon after your team's picture day then contact our studio to make those make-up day arrangements with us for your athlete.
NO, WE'RE NOT PHOTOGRAPHING AT YOUR SCHOOL/LEAGUE AGAIN: If we are not photographing again at your team's school or league location soon after your team's picture day then contact our studio so we can make arrangements to photograph your athlete at our home studio location with our green screen.
CAN WE ADD YOUR ABSENT ATHLETE TO THEIR TEAM'S GROUP PHOTO?
Yes, you must contact our studio BEFORE YOUR TEAM'S PICTURE DAY or WITHIN 2 DAYS AFTER your team's picture day so we can make arrangements to add your missing athlete to your team group photo before the deadline!

TEAM PHOTO NOTICE - CONTACT US EARLY: Please remember that this is a FREE service that our studio offers to all of our area school and league sports families. Because of our busy schedule and our strict workflow timeline, we ask that you contact us before your team's picture day or within 2 business days after your team has been photographed. Unfortunately, we will not be able to add your missing athlete to the team photo if we are contacted after your team's photo completion deadline.

A Green Screen session usually only takes a minute or two. . .literally! We will photograph your athlete in front of our green screen so we can add the very same background behind your athlete that every other teammate has.
IS THERE A GREEN SCREEN SESSION FEE?
No, currently individual Green Screen sessions for absent athletes are offered as a complimentary service to the many schools and league athletes that we photograph in the greater Monmouth, IL area.
WHERE IS THE GREEN SCREEN SESSION PHOTOGRAPHED?
All Green Screen sessions are photographed at our residence located in Monmouth, IL. We will supply our address and more information about what to expect when you arrive once your Green Screen session appointment has been scheduled.
