IT’S TIME TO DELIVER

     

All finished prints and products are individually packaged and sorted by team for ease of distribution. Every order is hand-inspected for both quality and accuracy before delivery. Orders will then be delivered to your school office or league coach/representative for easy distribution within 7-10 business days after your team’s bulk order has been placed by our studio.

Please remember that we are unaware of when your team's new sports photo orders will be handed out to your athlete. If your athlete has not received your order by the end of the day after we've made our delivery announcement HERE on our website, or during your team's next scheduled practice/game we suggest contacting your school office or league coach/representative.

       • Our studio cannot be held responsible for the quality of your order once it has been delivered to your athlete's school office or league coach/representative.

       • Please make sure that you instruct your athlete to not bend, crease, or damage your sports print and/or product order once it has been handed out to them.

After your team’s bulk order has been delivered to either your athlete’s school office or your league’s coach/representative, we’ll make a delivery announcement HERE on our website.

     

DELIVERY AFTER YOUR SCHOOL YEAR OR LEAGUE SEASON HAS ENDED

     

Your order will be fulfilled and personally delivered to the address that you entered when placing your order on our website. If we deliver your order, it will be packaged in a sturdy protective mailer envelope and either placed in your mailbox or on your front porch if your mailbox is not large enough to fit the mailer your order is packaged in. A delivery email will be sent to you right away when your order has been delivered to your address.

On occasion, our studio will need to ship an order instead of delivering it personally. If your order has been shipped to you, we will contact you right away with the delivery E.T.A. and tracking number.

     

LATE ORDER FULFILLMENT

     

Who wants to pay for shipping? WE DON'T! So, to save everyone a bit of $$ all orders placed after your team's bulk order deadline will be processed by our studio on the following Monday or Friday at 3:00pm.

       • Please remember that depending on when our studio has received your order the normal 7-10 business day turnaround timeline may not apply..

• Orders received by our studio after 3:00pm Friday, through the weekend and before 3:00pm Monday will be placed by our studio on Monday at 3:00pm.

• Please allow up to 7-10 business days FROM MONDAY for your order to be fulfilled and delivered.

• Orders received by our studio after 3:00pm Monday, through the week and before 3:00pm Friday will be placed by our studio on Friday at 3:00pm.

• Please allow up to 7-10 business days FROM FRIDAY for your order to be fulfilled and delivered.

Nope, Na-Da, Zip…there is NO additional fee for late orders.

     

THE 411 ABOUT SHIPPING

     

No, currently our studio does NOT charge shipping for any sports print and/or product orders, even late orders. We are able to offer these savings to you because our studio personally delivers all sports orders to your athlete's school or league coach/representative once they have been fulfilled.

No, at this time our studio does not offer any shipping options. However, alternate delivery arrangements can be made when you contact our studio HERE on our website.

Unless you have contacted our studio to make alternate delivery arrangements, your order will be delivered to your athlete's school office or league coach/representative once it has been fulfilled.

If you are placing an order for yourself or for a family member who lives outside the greater Monmouth, IL area you will ultimately be responsible for your order once it has been delivered to your athlete's school office or league coach/representative.

     

POSSIBLE DELIVERY DELAYS

     

Please be assured that we are continuously monitoring the status of every order placed by our studio with our professional printing labs.

• If your entire team's bulk order is expected to be delayed our studio will make an announcement HERE on our website to notify your entire team at once.

• If you ordered late or ordered a Sports Add-On Item that is taking a bit longer than expected to arrive, our studio will contact you personally when your order has been delivered to your school office or league coach/representative.

Our studio and professional printing labs observe all nationally recognized holidays. If your order is to be placed on or around a nationally recognized holiday, please understand that this may delay the delivery of your order.

If your team’s bulk order or your late order delivery falls on a day that your school is not in session during the school year your order will be delivered to your school's office when classes resume.

       • TEAM BULK ORDER NOTIFICATION: An announcement will be made HERE on our website when your team’s bulk order has been delivered to your school office.

       • LATE ORDER NOTIFICATION: An email will be sent to you right away when your order has been delivered to your school's office.

Transit delays can be caused by a number of issues, such as poor weather conditions, transit damage by the shipper, an observed national holiday. . .etc. If your order is delayed by these or any other unforeseen issue, we will contact you through one of the methods detailed below.

       • TEAM BULK ORDER NOTIFICATION: An announcement will be made HERE on our website that will include our best E.T.A. on when the delivery will be made to your school office or league coach/representative.

       • LATE ORDER NOTIFICATION: An email will be sent to you right away that will include our best E.T.A. on when the delivery will be made to your school office, league coach/representative, or to the address you entered with checkout out on our website.

A few of our Sports Add-On items may take a bit longer to fulfill than our regular 7-10 business days. Because we don't want to hold up your entire team's bulk order, we will deliver everything our studio has fulfilled to your school office or league coach/representative at the regularly scheduled time.

If you find your order is missing your Sports Add-On item(s) please read the note that will be included in your order envelope for an explanation of the delay. We continuously monitor the status of every order placed by our studio and will contact you as soon as your late Sports Add-On Item(s) has been delivered.

     

IS YOUR ORDER MISSING SOMETHING?

     

It's very important to our studio that you are happy with your new sports pictures and/or products and that you received everything that you ordered, but we’re only human and mistakes can sometimes happen.

Please view the topics below for more information about missing or incomplete orders and what to do if you find your order missing something.

If you believe that you are missing your entire order, we ask that you first contact your school office or league coach/representative to see if the orders have been handed out to the team’s athletes yet. After contacting your school office or league coach/representative and they have confirmed that the orders have been handed out to the athletes, and your order is still missing please contact our studio right away.

       • Another suggestion we have if school is still in session, is to ask your athlete to double-check their locker and backpack for their order.

• If part of your order has been delayed please read the note that will be included in your order envelope for an explanation of the delay. Please view the SPORTS ADD-ON ITEM DELAY tab above for more information about why part of your order is delayed.

• If part of your order is missing and our studio has not included a note in your order envelope, please contact our studio right away and we will do everything in our power to correct the issue promptly.

If you believe that there is an error with your order, please contact our studio WITHIN 2 WEEKS of receiving your order. We'll be happy to correct this error at no additional charge. If you contact our studio after this 2 week grace period, you will need to purchase a new sports package(s) and/or product(s).
