SCHOOL SPORTS ORDERS PLACED NEAR OR AFTER THE END OF THIS SCHOOL YEAR

Local school orders that have been placed near the end of the school year or after the school year has ended will be fulfilled and personally delivered to the address that you entered when placing your order on our website.  Please take a moment to make sure that your address is up to date in your account on our website.  On occasion, our studio will need to mail an order instead of delivering it.  If your order has been mailed we will contact you with the delivery ETA and tracking number.  If we personally deliver your order it will be packaged in a sturdy protective mailer envelope and either placed in your mailbox or on your front porch if your mailbox is not large enough or cannot be reached.  A notification email will be sent to you immediately after your order has been delivered.

IF YOU HAVE AN ACTIVE ONLINE GALLERY -- HOW TO PURCHASE YOUR UPGRADE FEE:  You can unlock the Premium Design Style images in your online gallery by selecting one of your Premium Design Style images and purchasing the required PREMIUM DESIGN STYLE UPGRADE FEE.  Once you're added this ONE TIME Premium Design Style Upgrade Fee into your shopping cart all of your Premium Design Style images will be unlocked and your entire order will be upgraded to the Premium Design Style.   

SELECTING THE PREMIUM DESIGN STYLE PHOTOS AS "FAVORITE" BUT PURCHASING THE TRADITIONAL STYLE:  Your order will be fulfilled in the STYLE you have purchased.  If you purchase the TRADITIONAL STYLE Sports Packages, Prints, Products or Memory Composites, but you choose the Premium Design Style photos for your order, your order will be fulfilled in the TRADITIONAL STYLE.  Please contact our studio if you have any questions.
