SCHOOL SPORTS ORDERS PLACED NEAR OR AFTER THE END OF THIS SCHOOL YEAR


Local school orders that have been placed near or after the end of the school year will be fulfilled and either personally delivered or mailed to the address that you entered when placing your order on our website. 
Please take a moment to make sure that your address and contact information is up to date in your account on our website.  

IF WE PERSONALLY DELIVER YOUR ORDER
Your order will be packaged in a sturdy protective mailer envelope and either placed in your mailbox or on your front porch if your mailbox is not large enough or cannot be reached. 
A notification email will be sent to you immediately after your order has been delivered.  

IF WE MAIL YOUR ORDER  
We will ship your package through USPS and email you with a delivery ETA and tracking number.

PREPARING FOR PICTURE DAY

There are a number of ways you and your athlete can prepare for picture day.  To help you we've put together a list of helpful tips on how to have a successful Picture Day.  Please take a moment and view them HERE.


TEAM GROUP PHOTOS WITH A TWIST

Your athlete's safety is always our number one concern, so this school year we will be compositing all of the team group photos like we did last school year. What does this mean? We are not taking the traditional team group photo, but instead, we are photographing each individual athlete on their own and creating the team group photos from the photos we take of every individual athlete.


DIDN'T MAKE IT TO PICTURE DAY? NO PROBLEM!

Things happen, we get it! If your athlete is not able to participate on picture day contact our studio BEFORE YOUR TEAM'S PICTURE DAY so we can make alternate arrangements. Remember, your team's photos will be completed within 5 business days after picture day and our studio will want to photograph your athlete before this deadline.​
