OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE TOUCH
As a locally owned and operated company, we care about our community. That's why we do everything in our power to create high-quality prints and products that will promote your Sports Program's growth. We put total and complete emphasis on pleasing our customers. So, if a parent is not satisfied with the package or item they ordered, they will promptly receive a new order or a refund. If there are any questions about an order, we include our contact information within each order form so we can be directly contacted by the customer, not the league or coaches.
SCHEDULING WITH EASE
Whenever possible, we’ll use your practice or game schedule to create picture times that are the most convenient for your players and their families. Depending on the number of teams that need to be photographed, we can schedule photo day for one day, or break it down to two or more. We're happy to work with you and your scheduling needs.
CUSTOMIZED SERVICE BASED ON YOUR NEEDS
Whether your league has a few dozen or a few hundred athletes, photos to be done indoors or outdoors, at one location or multiple locations, we can accommodate. We’ll plan with you in advance to custom tailor your picture day based on YOUR needs.

MUG SHOTS ARE A THING OF THE PAST
Our images are more than just the usual picture day mug shots that most other photographers provide. They are professional-quality sports portraits that players and their families will be proud to display and share with their friends and relatives. Unlike other photographers, we photograph every single player regardless of the existence of a photo order form.
THE PHOTOGRAPHER

OUR LIGHTING AND EQUIPMENT
Our lighting is “off-camera” studio style lighting. This approach offers consistency and speed while providing the absolute highest available quality. Our equipment is only professional series cameras and lenses. Unlike most of our competitors, we don’t use cheaper consumer or “prosumer” type equipment. The results provide much higher quality images and are far less likely to fail during a shoot. In addition, we carry a back up of our equipment on picture day to keep things moving in the rare case that something does fail onsite. This means no delays or canceled picture days halfway through because of failed equipment.

Yes! We also take the time to secure the area we are photographing at and make sure that every player is coming into a safe environment.

We offer all the usual products your parents know and expect, plus many more unique and innovative products they will be thrilled to see--from traditional prints and print packages to professionally graphic designed memory mates, banners, trading cards and more. Our product line is expanding all the time, adding many new items every year!!
PERSONALIZED PLAYER PRODUCTS
Many of our products are personalized with your players’ name, league name and more. Trading cards feature many of the player’s stats – just like the “Pro” cards.
CUSTOMIZED LEAGUE PRODUCTS
We can customize our products with your league’s logo or special graphics. Customizing for sponsor or school names is also available. Give us a call to discuss your needs.
ONLINE VIEWING AND ORDERING WITH EASE
PRIVATE ONLINE VIEWING GALLERY
Approximately 5 business days after we've photographed your sports organization, we will contact each family that has placed an order and supply them with a unique viewing gallery password. They can then view their player's new sports photos and graphic designs in their own private online gallery on our website. Each online gallery will be available for one month.
MULTIPLE WAYS FOR PARENTS TO PLACE THEIR ORDER
We are happy to offer many ordering options to fit the needs of every parent, and we charge NO shipping fee for orders placed through our online checkout website.
TRADITIONAL ORDER FORMS: We'll supply order forms to your organization that your coaches and managers can hand out to their players and parents before picture day. These order forms include all of our sports package and product prices and will be turned in on picture day. We accept all cash, check and credit card payments onsite.
NEW PRE-PAY AND ONLINE SHOPPING CART: We offer an easy to use secure online sports shopping cart system so parents can order their player's new sports photos and products before or after picture day.
ONLINE INVOICED ORDERING: Parents can contact our studio with their order details and request an invoice to be sent to them so they can complete their transaction online.
OVER THE PHONE: Parents can always contact our studio to place their order over the phone or ask us any questions they might have about ordering their photos and products. We can be reached from 9am-5pm during each business day.
LATE ORDERING OPTIONS
Your player's parents will have the ability to order more anytime through our secure checkout website with NO additional late fees. Parents love having this option and their relatives do too! As an added service, we NEVER purge individual or team/group photos--they will ALWAYS be available to your organization and the parents in the future.
TURNAROUND TIME
We selected our photo processing lab because of its combination of speed and very high quality. In most cases, we have photo orders in the customer's hands within 2-3 weeks of picture day.
ORDER PRESENTATION AND DELIVERY
All finished products are individually packaged and sorted by team for ease of distribution. Every order is hand-inspected for both quality and accuracy before delivery. Orders will then be delivered to your school or league for easy distribution to your coaches. Our ordering system is designed to eliminate order mix-ups, but in the rare occurrence that an order is missing items, the parent is notified and those missing items will either be delivered or shipped directly to them at no additional expense.
