BEFORE PICTURE DAY
ORDER FORMS
Our studio will supply traditional order forms before picture day, either to your sports organization or to you directly. Please give each player on your team an order form at least 1 week prior to picture day. This will give parents an opportunity to go over our packages and products and fill out the order form in advance, which will in turn help us with a smoother picture day process.
ARRIVE EARLY
Please advise your team to arrive 15-20 minutes prior to the scheduled picture time to allow for latecomers.
QUESTIONS FROM PARENTS
We understand that some parents may not be familiar with our studio and how we operate. If a parent has any questions about their player's picture order, please guide them to our studio's contact information that is located in their order form.
ON PICTURE DAY
ARRIVE EARLY
Please arrive early! Upon arrival, gather your team and stay together as a group. Keeping your team together will help us photograph every player quickly and efficiently during your scheduled time. It's important for the majority of the team members to be on time. Otherwise, it could result in other teams having to wait past their scheduled start times.
NO NEED TO WAIT
There is no need to wait to check in until all of your players have arrived. At your scheduled picture time, we will begin photographing your players' individual pictures, even if you are missing players. After all of your players have had their individual photos taken, we will then photograph your team. If players are still missing just prior to your team picture, you can then elect to wait for them.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PHOTOGRAPH YOUR TEAM
Depending on the size of your team, we usually need about 20 minutes to complete both individual and team photos.
WHO WILL BE PHOTOGRAPHED
We have found that it is best to photograph each player without obligation, whether the player has an order form to turn in or not.
KEEP PLAYERS IN LINE
INDIVIDUAL PICTURES: While waiting in the photography area, please keep the players in an orderly line. The line should be single file and each player should have their order form in hand and ready to turn in to our studio when it's their turn to take their picture.
TEAM/GROUP PICTURES: Please keep the players cooperative while we position them for your team photo. We want your team photo to be the best representation of your organization, and this is achieved by each player's cooperation.
DOUBLE CHECK: Before we begin photographing the individual players, please take a moment to double check that: 1) Jerseys are tucked. 2) Strings are tucked into pants. 3) Hats are in place.
OUR STUDIO EQUIPMENT
Please make sure to let us know if our equipment needs to be relocated during your team's photo shoot. Sometimes the smallest piece of photography and lighting equipment is the most expensive, so we ask that you notify someone from our studio if there is a need to relocate our equipment and not try to relocate it yourself. We would hate for you to bear the burden and expense of replacing a piece of our equipment if it was accidentally damaged. Thank You!
AFTER PICTURE DAY
TURNAROUND TIME
In most cases, we have photo orders in the customer's hands within 2-3 weeks of picture day.
ORDER DELIVERY FOR SCHOOLS
Once your team's orders have been completed, we will deliver them to the school office to be distributed to the players.
ORDER DELIVERY FOR LEAGUES
Once your team's orders have been completed, we will deliver them to you during a practice or game so you can distribute them to the players.

As a gesture of our appreciation for helping us execute a successful picture day, our studio is happy to gift each coach and/or manager a 5x7 team print.
