SCHOOL SPORTS ORDERS PLACED NEAR OR AFTER THE END OF THIS SCHOOL YEAR

Local school orders that have been placed near the end of the school year or after the school year has ended will be fulfilled and personally delivered to the address that you entered when placing your order on our website.  Please take a moment to make sure that your address is up to date in your account on our website.  On occasion, our studio will need to mail an order instead of delivering it.  If your order has been mailed we will contact you with the delivery ETA and tracking number.  If we personally deliver your order it will be packaged in a sturdy protective mailer envelope and either placed in your mailbox or on your front porch if your mailbox is not large enough or cannot be reached.  A notification email will be sent to you immediately after your order has been delivered.

WHAT IS A LATE ORDER?

A late order is an order placed after your team's picture day.  There are two ways that you can order after your team has been photographed. . .

  1. Your athlete handed in a completed PAPER ORDER FORM on picture day with the appropriate box marked on it to order later (or) 
  2. You submitted a Late Gallery Request Form to our studio after your team's picture day to request a private gallery to order from later.

ORDERING LATE? DO NOT USE THE PRE-PAY SHOPPING CARTS!

If you've submitted a Late Gallery Request Form to our studio please DO NOT use the Pre-Pay Shopping Carts to complete your order.  Instead, use the shopping cart in your private gallery to complete your purchase so you can easily select the pose(s) for your order.​


HOW TO ORDER FROM YOUR NEW PRIVATE GALLERY?

Simply click or tap on a photo of your athlete and/or team in your gallery and your shopping cart will appear to the right side of your photo if you're viewing it on a computer, or underneath the photo, if you're viewing it on a device.

TRADITIONAL STYLE ORDERS:  If you're ordering Traditional Style photos then you'll need to add a Sports Package to your shopping cart first before the other "Add-On" items will unlock. 

PREMIUM DESIGN STYLE ORDERS:  If you're ordering Premium Design Style photos you'll need to click or tap on a Premium Design Style photo in your gallery to activate the Premium Design Style shopping cart.  Next, add the PREMIUM DESIGN STYLE UPGRADE FEE to your shopping cart to unlock the Premium Design Style "Sports Packages" and "Add-On" items so you can complete your order.


DOUBLE-CHECK YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS

Make sure that your email address is correct and legible when writing it on your paper order form, or typed correctly when submitting a Late Gallery Request Form to our studio.  If your email address is incorrect on your Late Gallery Request Form, missing, or not legible on your paper order form then we will not be able to email the private gallery password to you when your athlete's new photos are ready to view.​
