WANT TO GIVE PRE-PAY A TRY?
Picture order forms are being handed out before picture day, but if your athlete did not receive one, or if it was misplaced, then you can complete your order through our Pre-Pay Sports Shopping Cart located on our website HERE.
PAPER ORDER RECEIPTS:
Will be emailed to you by the next business day after we photograph your athlete and team.
PRIVATE GALLERY PASSWORDS:
Will be emailed to you within 5 business days after photographing your athlete's team. If you have not received your gallery password we ask that you FIRST check your email's junk/spam folder. If you are still unable to locate our email with your Gallery Password please contact our studio and we'll be happy to send it to you again.
**Please remember that galleries are created for those athletes who have handed in a Paper Order Form on Picture Day, Pre-Paid online, or contacted our studio by submitting a Late Gallery Request Form.**

Please make sure to fill out your order form completely by printing clearly/legibly and by including your EMAIL ADDRESS.
PRIVATE ONLINE GALLERIES:
Remember that we will ONLY complete your athlete's photo(s) and create a private online gallery for those who have handed in a Paper Order Form on Picture Day, Pre-Paid online, or contacted our studio by submitting a Late Gallery Request Form.
**Due to the volume of photo orders that are placed and the time needed to prepare photo galleries, late gallery requests will require 5 business days to be created after your request has been made.**
INDIVIDUAL ATHLETE & TEAM GROUP PICTURES WITH A TWIST:
Your athlete's safety is always our number one concern, so we will be photographing all of your athletes individually and creating your team's group photo from these individual athlete photos.
WHAT DOES THIS MEAN? We are not photographing the traditional team group photo, but instead, we are photographing each individual athlete on their own and then creating a composited team group photo from the individual athlete photos we've taken of your team. So, please make sure that your athlete knows that they will need their individual picture taken on picture day whether you are ordering pictures or not if they want to be included in their team’s group photo. Thank you!
**Announcements are ALWAYS made by our studio before we finish the individual photo sessions, so every athlete is aware and has the opportunity to opt-in to having their picture taken. But, since we cannot force the athletes to have their individual picture taken this responsibility ultimately lies with your athlete, so please make sure that your athlete is aware that they will need their individual picture taken so they can be included in the team photo.**

Double-check with your athlete to remind him/her that you want to see a nice BIG SMILE when you view their new sports photos!
