HOW TO ACCESS YOUR ONLINE GALLERY

Once your online gallery has been created, we'll email you your gallery password and instructions so you can access your athlete's new sports photos on our secure website.  Our studio is unable to create an online gallery for your athlete if we have not received your email address.  Please remember to include your email address either on your order form, through your online order at our shopping cart, or by contacting our studio directly.


GALLERY EXPIRATION DEADLINE

Your online gallery will be available to view for one month.  If you need this time extended, please contact our studio and we'll be happy to help you.


LATE ORDERS

There is NO additional fee for late orders.  All late orders will be placed on the Monday or Friday of the week that our studio receives your order.  Once your order has been placed, please allow up to 7 business days for it to be fulfilled and ready to deliver.


MULTIPLE WAYS TO PLACE YOUR ORDER

We are happy to offer many ordering options to fit your needs.  We charge NO shipping fee for orders placed online through our website.

TRADITIONAL PAPER ORDER FORMS:  Your coach or manager will give our order form to you or your athlete at least 1 week before picture day.  Please make sure to COMPLETE YOUR ORDER FORM as described in the instructions above.

NEW PRE-PAY AND ONLINE SHOPPING CART:  We're excited to offer a NEW easy to use and secure Pre-Pay Sports Shopping Cart so you can order your athlete's new sports photos and products before picture day.  Please use the link above to access our online sports shopping cart, have fun shopping!

ONLINE INVOICE ORDERING:  You can contact our studio with your order details and request an invoice to be emailed to you to complete your transaction online. 

OVER THE PHONE:  Contact our studio to place your order over the phone or ask any questions you might have about ordering photos and products with us.  We can be reached from 9am-5pm during each business day.

STUDIO DROPBOX:  If you are located in the Monmouth, IL area and would prefer to drop off your payment then contact our studio and we'll give you the address to our studio's dropbox.  


ACCEPTED PAYMENT TYPES

Cash, Check and Credit Cards.


RETURNED CHECK FEE

A $30.00 administrative fee will be applied for any returned checks.  If you have had a returned check, we reserve the right to require cash only for current and future payment.


**If you are paying with Cash, please have exact change.  Checks and Credit Card payments must clear our financial institution before any order can be placed.**

**Due to the custom nature of our work, all sales are final.**
